Before You Begin

Please read the program guidelines carefully before starting your application to confirm your eligibility and to ensure you understand the funding criteria.

Navigating the Application Form

  • Use the Form Navigation Panel on the left side of your screen to jump between sections
  • Click 'Next Page' or 'Previous Page' to move through the application

Saving Your Application

  • Click 'Save and Close' to exit your draft application at any time
  • To resume an application, log in and select 'My Submissions' to access saved applications
  • To download a PDF copy of your application, click the 'Download PDF' button at the bottom of the last page of the application form

Submitting Your Application

  • Click 'Review and Submit' to check for errors before submitting your application
  • Ensure all required fields are completed. Incomplete applications cannot be submitted
  • Once submitted, no further changes or uploads can be made
  • A confirmation email with a PDF copy of your application will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it
  • If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, your application has not been submitted

Attachments and Supporting Documents

  • You may need to upload supporting documents such as proof of selection
  • Files must be saved on your device before attaching
  • The maximum file size is 25MB, but we recommend keeping files under 5MB for faster uploads
  • Allow each file to fully upload before attaching another

Working as a Team

  • Multiple people can work on an application using the same login, but only one person should edit at a time
